Sunset PotsA new glaze can sometimes inspire a new group of pots and the advent of this brilliant background glaze is the way these pots came about. The glaze is little hard to control - more running than is ideal - but when it works, it looks like the sky is a brilliant sunset or sometimes like there is a fire behind the animals.
