White Dove Pot

The traditional association of the white dove with peace stems from the story of Noah. After the flood, the dove returned to the ark with an olive branch symbolizing the rebirth of the land. This porcelain vase is 4 1/4" high and 5 1/2" wide. This pot sold for $200.


Carved Rim Mice Bowl

Mice Mice

Mice are very social. These guys are working out what to do after they jump off the rim of this pot. This stoneware bowl is 3" high and 6 1/2" wide. This pot sold for $425.


Carved Rim Cat Bowl

This bowl features a cat parade. Like all cats, these are completely aware of their environment. This stoneware bowl is 4" high and 7 1/2" wide. This pot sold for $550.

These fat little sparrows are looking for breakfast in the early morning grass. This stoneware bowl is 3 1/4" high and 7" wide. This pot sold for $375.


Burrowing Owls Vase

Have you read "Hoot" by Carl Hiaasen? Burrowing owls play a starring role in this delightful book for the young at heart. These little ground owls also are the stars of this small pot. This container is 3 1/4" high and 4" wide. This pot sold for $475.


Owloween Jar

Owloween Owloween

Owloween, a little known owl holiday, is held every October 31. Costumed young owls march around the forest floor knocking on doors, collecting candy corn to feed to the mice they raise for their 4-H projects. This porcelain container is 5" high and 5 1/2" wide. This pot sold for $400.


Puffins Container

The Atlantic puffin spends summer in breeding colonies on the northern seacoast. The colorful beak and feet are a breeding characteristic which fades to a dull gray during winter. This porcelain pot is 2 3/4" high and 5" wide. This pot sold for $220.

The meadowlark is a prairie bird known for it's beautiful song. It often spends several hours a day perched on a fencepost, enchanting those who pass by with it's song. This porcelain pot is 2 3/4" high and 4 1/2" wide. This pot sold for $100.


Colorful Cat Container

A female cat is called a queen. Resting on silk pillows, the cat on this pot seems to take her royal status for granted. This container is 3" high and 4 3/4" wide. This pot sold for $340.

On this pot, you'll find a lion family on the lookout over the dry and dusty plains of the Sengeti. Fill this pitcher to give them something to drink. This stoneware pitcher holds 7 cups and is 7 1/2" high and 5 1/4" wide. This pot sold for $550.

Did someone leave the door to the aviary open? Here's an odd flock you'd never find in nature. This stoneware pitcher holds 9 cups and is 8" high and 6" wide. This pot sold for $350.

Alligators are carnivorous. If you don't want to shareyour food, use this bowl for veggies. This stoneware pot is 2 1/2" high and 5 1/2" wide. This pot sold for $350.


Elephant Bowl

Elephants are herbivores. Watch out when you serve salad in this bowl; those trunks may come over the rim. This stoneware bowl is 3 1/2" high and 7 1/4" wide. This pot sold for $350.


Snake Salt Shaker

Some people might find this a scary pot to have on a table but the kinds of snakes here - a corn snake, a garter snake and a green snake - are non-poisonous and are often kept as pets. This shaker is 2 3/4" high and 3 1/4" wide. This pot sold for $210.


Trumpeter Swan Salt Shaker

Trumpeter swans are the largest waterfowl native to North America (up to 35 lbs!) and one of the rarest in the world. They are making a come-back with the help of environmentalists. This shaker is 3" high and 3 1/4" wide. This pot sold for $150.

This sturdy teapot is just right for breakfast in the garden on a sunny spring morning. This stoneware pot holds 1 quart and is 6 1/4" high and 4 3/4" wide (not including spout and handle). This pot sold for $175.

These stoneware mugs, diffferent in shape, but same in size are each 3 3/4" high and 3 1/2" wide and hold 12 oz. These mugs sold for $100.


Magpie Vase

How many magpies can fit on porcelain vase? These intelligent keen-eyed birds seem to be trying to set a record. This porcelain vase is 4 3/4" high and 5 1/2" wide. This pot sold for $400.


Curly Sheep Jar

Sheep Sheep

All the sheep in this flock feature naturally curly hair. They'll lose their loopy locks in the spring when they get shorn. In the meantime, they can do some shearing of their own, chowing down on the grass that's growing around the pot. This stoneware jar is 8 1/2" high and 6" wide. This pot sold for $400.

Even in winter with no colorful flowers around, plants still give us a variety of interesting forms to see. These porcelain vases are 3 1/2" high and 4 3/4" wide and 5 1/4" high and 3" wide. These pots sold for $225.


Nestlings Vase

Nestlings Nestlings

Most nestlings must be fed every 10 to 15 minutes from dawn to dusk. They gape with their beaks wide open so their parents can push the food down. Fortunately for bird parents, it's only a matter of weeks before most nestlings leave the nest. This porcelain vase is 4 3/4" high and 3" wide. This pot sold for $290.

Parakeets are part of the parrot family and the word parakeet means long tail. These hardy little birds from Australia are highly social so they make great pets. The usual ones we get from the pet shop are budgerigars but there are lots of other varieties, all colorful and handsome. This stoneware vase is 6 3/4" high and 3 1/2" wide. This pot sold for $300.

Take a trip to the country with this multi-glazed mug. The etched black lines give this piece a stained glass look. This stoneware mug is 3 3/4" wide, 3 3/4" high and holds 14 oz. This pot sold for $70.

This ginger tabby cat is ready to take off. On the other side is a powder puff of a kitten, equally intent. Who'll be in motion first? This stoneware mug is 3 1/2" wide, 4" high, and holds 14 oz. This pot sold for $60.
